Risk Disclaimer
The short version
Trading the financial markets, including gold (XAU/USD), carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the capital you put at risk. Everything KIM GOLD SECRET publishes is educational and general in nature. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. You trade your own account, make your own decisions, and accept your own risk.
Educational purpose only
KIM GOLD SECRET is a trading education brand and community focused on the gold market. All content we produce, including lessons, written material, charts, examples, commentary, community discussion, and any analysis shared in our channels or emails, is provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes.
Nothing on this website or in our community is intended to be, and nothing should be construed as, financial advice, investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an inducement to enter into any transaction. We do not assess your individual circumstances, financial situation, objectives, or needs. Because our content is general, it may not be appropriate for you.
KIM GOLD SECRET is not a broker, not a financial adviser, not a portfolio or account manager, and not a signals-for-profit service. We do not manage money, hold client funds, or place trades on anyone's behalf.
Substantial risk of loss
Trading and speculating in financial markets involves significant risk. Prices can move quickly and unpredictably, and losses can occur rapidly. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and you should never risk funds needed for living expenses, debt, or essential obligations.
You acknowledge and accept that you may lose some, or all, of your invested capital. In certain market conditions and with certain products, it is possible to lose more than your initial deposit. Before participating in any market, make sure you fully understand the risks involved and seek independent advice if you are in any doubt.
Leverage amplifies risk
Many traders use leveraged products such as contracts for difference, futures, or margin accounts. Leverage allows you to control a larger position with a smaller amount of capital, which can magnify gains but also magnifies losses to the same degree.
A small adverse move in price can result in losses that are large relative to the capital you committed, and can trigger margin calls or the automatic closing of positions. Leveraged trading is not suitable for all investors. Make sure you understand exactly how leverage and margin work for your chosen product and broker before you use them.
No guarantee of results
We make no representation, promise, or guarantee of any kind regarding outcomes, performance, profit, income, or success. Trading results vary widely from person to person and depend on many factors outside our control, including your decisions, your discipline, your risk management, your broker, market conditions, and chance.
KIM GOLD SECRET does not publish win rates, profit figures, pip totals, or income claims, and you should treat any such claims made elsewhere about trading with healthy skepticism. Learning about the markets does not guarantee that you will trade profitably, and many traders lose money.
Past performance is not indicative of future results
Any example, scenario, historical chart, or hypothetical illustration that may appear in our educational material is provided to explain concepts only. Past performance, whether real or hypothetical, is not a reliable indicator of future results and does not guarantee future performance.
Hypothetical and illustrative examples have inherent limitations. They are constructed with the benefit of hindsight, do not involve real financial risk, and cannot account for the emotional and practical realities of trading a live account.
You trade your own account and decisions
You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Any action you take based on educational content from KIM GOLD SECRET is taken entirely at your own discretion and at your own risk.
You open and fund your own brokerage account in your own name, you decide what to trade, when, and in what size, and you alone bear the consequences. We have no access to, and no control over, your account, your funds, or your trades. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KIM GOLD SECRET accepts no liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of our content or your participation in the markets.
Seek independent licensed advice
Before making any financial decision, you should consider whether it is appropriate for your particular circumstances and, where relevant, seek advice from an independent and appropriately licensed financial adviser, as well as licensed legal and tax professionals in your own jurisdiction.
Only a qualified professional who understands your full situation can give you personalised advice. KIM GOLD SECRET cannot and does not provide that. If you do not understand the risks involved, or if anything in our content is unclear, do not trade until you have obtained suitable independent advice.
Suitability and your responsibility
Trading is not suitable for everyone. Whether it is appropriate for you depends on your knowledge, experience, financial situation, risk tolerance, and objectives. You are responsible for assessing your own suitability before participating in any market.
It is also your responsibility to ensure that trading and any product you use are legal and permitted in your country of residence, and to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations that apply to you. By using this website and our community, you confirm that you are doing so in compliance with the laws that apply to you, and that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
This website and its content are not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where their publication or availability would be contrary to local law or regulation.
